FAQ
Why don't you use proprietary blends?
Proprietary blends let brands list a group of ingredients under one combined weight — so you see "Nitric Oxide Complex 4,500mg" but have no idea if there's 4,000mg of one filler and 500mg of the ingredient you actually care about. We think that's a bad deal for the customer. Every ingredient in our products is listed with its exact amount. You know what you're getting, and you can verify it against the research yourself.
How is your creatine tested?
Our Creatine Monohydrate is manufactured in a cGMP-certified facility and tested for purity and label accuracy. We use creatine monohydrate — the most studied form of creatine — at a straightforward 5g dose per serving, which is consistent with what the research supports for performance and recovery. No creatine HCl, no "buffered" variants, no proprietary delivery systems. Just creatine, dosed correctly.
What's the difference between whey isolate and whey concentrate?
Both come from milk, but they're processed differently. Whey concentrate is less filtered and typically contains more fat, carbohydrates, and lactose — it's less expensive and still a solid protein source for most people. Whey isolate goes through additional filtration to remove most of the fat and lactose, resulting in a higher protein percentage per serving (usually 90%+) and a faster absorption rate. If you're lactose-sensitive or want a leaner protein with less carbs and fat per scoop, isolate is the better choice. Our 100% Whey Protein Isolate uses isolate only — no concentrate blended in.
